All courses are video-based, instructor-led courses that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. All courses use AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.



Our BLS class (Basic Life Support) for the healthcare professional trains participants to promptly respond in life-saving emergencies by teaching CPR and basic cardiovascular life support skills. 

  • Recognize life-threatening emergencies

  • Perform high quality chest compressions for adults, children and infants

  • Deliver appropriate ventilations

  • Importance of AED and how to properly  use AED

  • Relief of foreign body airway obstructions (choking) for adults and infants

  • Multi-rescuer resuscitation



Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals is the recommended class for MDs, RNs, EMTs, Dentists, Pharmacists, and all medical personnel. BLS certification meets the CPR requirements for EMT, nursing and medical students.

Duration: This class is up to 3 hours

Certification: 2 year American Heart Association BLS certificate


American Heart Association HeartCode BLS is a blended learning course that combines eLearning (online course) followed by a hands-on skill session with an instructor.

This class has 2 parts:
Part 1 – A self-paced series of online training modules (30 minutes – 2 hours)
Part 2 – Skills practice & test session at our facility (up to 60 minutes)

Certification: 2 year American Heart Association BLS certificate 

Required Online Course: Prior to the skills check session, you MUST complete the online course. Once paid a link will be provided to complete online portion. You will be required to show proof of completion (on your phone or printed) when you come to class. Those who have not completed the online course will not be able to continue in the class – NO EXCEPTIONS.


Heart Saver CPR is designed for individuals with little to no medical training who need a CPR and AED completion card to meet job, regulatory or other requirements. 

This is a classroom only course, no online course is required. 

This instructor-led CPR certification class incorporates the latest science and teaches you how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age – adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age).

Class designed for yoga instructors, lifeguards, baby sitters, new parents, church groups, personal trainers, coaches, camp workers, teachers, counselors, foster parents and non-medical professionals from all industries.


This courses teaches CPR and how respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies for adults, how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), care for conscious and unconscious choking adult and child.

Duration: 45 min class time + 1 hr online = 1 hr 45 min total

Certification: 2 year American Heart Association certificate 

Online Course: This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion.


The Heart Saver First Aid course equips participants with basic first aid knowledge to give immediate assistance for anyone suffering from minor to serious illness or injuries with care provided to preserve life, prevent worsening of a condition and promote recovery. Basic First Aid will include  burns, cuts, head, neck and back injuries and more including:

  • First Aid Basics & medical emergencies

  • Environmental emergencies

  • Breathing and cardiac emergencies (CPR, AED, choking)

  • Injuries (broken bones, burns, cuts, stings)

  • Sudden illnesses (heat/cold emergencies, allergic reactions)


Blood Borne Pathogens course is designed for participants who may have potential exposure to blood or blood containing products designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.


You will receive a 2-year AHA course completion card. This course uses the PACT acronym (Protect-Act-Clean-Tell) to handle blood borne accidents and avoid exposure.

In this course, students learn how to:
•  Protect themselves from exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
•  Act when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace.
•  Clean themselves and the area when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace.
•  Tell or report any exposure to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace

Course ideal for professions that might come in contact blood borne pathogens such as correctional officers, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school personnel, hotel housekeepers, health and fitness club staff, and tattoo artists.
